Privacy

A short, honest summary of what is collected on this site, why, and how it is handled. The default posture is to collect as little as possible.

What is collected

Browsing the site does not require an account, and no analytics script is loaded. The web host may keep standard server logs (request time, page requested, user-agent, IP address). Those logs are retained for security and basic operational review and are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Contact form submissions

When a message is sent through the contact form, three fields are collected — name, email address, and the body of the message, along with an optional subject. Once configured, submissions are delivered through Formspree, a service that processes the message on its servers and forwards it to the author’s inbox. Submissions are used only to reply to your message. Your email address is not added to any list, and no newsletter is sent from this site.

Cookies and local storage

No tracking cookies are set. Two small preferences are stored locally in the browser — your chosen theme (light, dark, or system) and density (comfortable or compact). These values stay on your device, are not transmitted, and can be cleared at any time through normal browser controls.

Third-party services

Two third parties are involved in serving this site. Google Fonts delivers the Instrument Serif, Inter Tight, and Geist Mono typefaces; their policies govern how requests for those resources are handled. Formspree processes contact form submissions when configured. External links to LinkedIn or other platforms are governed by the policies of those platforms.

Security

The site enforces a Content Security Policy that restricts where scripts, fonts, and form submissions may be served from. The referrer policy limits what is shared with destinations of outbound links. The contact form sanitizes input and uses a hidden bot trap to discourage automated abuse. No payment data is processed on this site.

Your rights

You may request that a message you sent through the contact form be deleted by writing to tanisa.imoto@gmail.com with a short reference to when it was sent. Requests are honored promptly.
